2. If you request a refund before the first design and concepts are delivered, you will be eligible for one (less a 20% processing and service charge).
3. Within 48 hours of the initial delivery, customers are eligible for a refund of 50% of the purchase price; however, a service and processing fee of 10% will be deducted.
4. If the refund request is submitted between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, the requester may be eligible for a reimbursement of 33% of the payment (less a 10% service and processing fee).
5. Refund requests that are made more than five days following the initial delivery date will not be processed. However, you can get in touch with us if you have any issues because we strive for complete client satisfaction.
6. If you have not used your order within thirty days of placing it, you will not be eligible for a refund. There will be a charge depending on your particular project if you wish to resume working on your design order.
7. After the final files are delivered, you are not qualified for a refund.

If our illustrations and video animation are found to be strikingly similar to another already-existing logo animation design, you are entitled to a redraw as part of our 100% unique design guarantee. Domain and Hosting

If you select a video animation package, you will be eligible for free domain registration and hosting. These packages include email accounts that can be set up in third-party programs like Outlook.
